Nope, but it is a great idea.

BTW, I wrote a doc2plucker tool a long time ago. I based it on 
makedoc by Pat Beirne adding some code to call plucker-build. If 
someone would find it useful I guess I can dig it up (and also 
clean it up) and add it to the tools dir in CVS.
