I finally found a substitute for AvantGo. Plucker is so much better (and
smaller). Only I have one small problem. It takes plucker (or
rather it's parser) 3-5 minutes to gather all my sites and create the .pdb
file so I was hoping I could set this up as a task using
Windows 2000 task manager (at from the command prompt). This way I can have
plucker running on idle priority once every
hour or so. Then when I hotsync I know that my Plucker data never is more
than one hour old.

specifying something like:
        at 11:00 /every:m,t,w,th,f "runsync defult"

to set the scheduler up. At 11:00 plucker starts gathering it's files, but
at the end the conduit complains about errors and an incomplete
installation. Running runsync my self always works fine. What is the purpose
of the conduit ? All that is needed after the creation of the .pdb file is
to copy it to
%palmhome%\%username%\install\

The error results in a messagebox beeing displayed in Windows, the box
itselv is invisible unless i run the tasks as /interactive.

I've tried to scecify use_conduit=0 in plucker.ini and do the copying using
a script, but that did'nt seem to work.

Any ideas ?
