launchable?

Hi -
 
 I have made a Plucker Datafile on a Palm IIIxe with Palm OS 3.5.2 and it is launchable with it's logo their.
 
Then I have used the same .bat file to get it on a Palm V with Palm OS 3.1.0 - and there it is not launched and appears only in the DB Manager. Any ideas?
