        Already is one in stable and unstable. You can literally 'apt-get
install plucker'.

        cron is your friend. I personally build stanzas in .pluckerrc, or
customize them at each gather, and run them interacitvely. Mike builds his out
of a mysql database from php scripts. Each to his own.
