One thing would be to *not* use a completely unrelated message as start for your own message. That also applies to Don Doumakes, who "replied" to a message I sent ten days ago ;-) C'mon folks, I can't believe that there exists mail clients that don't have a "new message" function. If you have to "reuse" the reply button as a new message button, then at least remove the In-Reply-To: and Reference: headers, so that the message will appear as a new message.
