If you use a file manager such as ZBoxZ to view the documents on the palm, does it not start the right application for it? Is there one that does? It would be quite a useful addition to the palm, to have one entire view of all documents in a navigable interface, regardless of application, and to start the right app with the right document when selected, rather than thinking "it's a doc of this sort...".
