I would assume quite a bit. Why would someone buy a USD$400 palm that
has hires support if they leave it off?.. I'm including the option
because turning it off results in faster overall usage as well gives it the
cool retro look :) .. I would code in on-if-supported, but its less work
for me to just leave it off by default :)

I would agree. however, having bold as every second option is
cumbersome. It would be better since bold is valid for every value
(except narrow) just to put it as a checkbox beside the font selection
list. (could disappear for fonts that dont support it, like narrow)

Personally, I do like having tiny available.. pixel wise its the same as
the standard font on the regular palm, except its about 25% the size of
standard on the regular palm.

Very easy to keep in, but is it worth it to if its not useful to anyone,
as well, it wouldn't be too difficult to port narrow into a larger
format, add in more detail...etc

Hardly.. right now the big problems consist of the scrollbar not working
if it's on the right; the toolbar doesn't work if it's on the bottom,
jogdial support seems to be unresponsive as soon as you come back from
the preferences form (possibly others as well) (not a hires issue, but
really bugs me); and its randomly crashing if i switch from toolbar
top, toolbar bottom, toolbar top repeatidly.

other than that it's usable :)
