A bug was caught in the generic GIF library used by wx that would causes an error on some GIFs with odd stuff in them. This is corrected in the next release of wxWindows. You can test whether it is the images by turning the images off: In Main dialog > Shared Settings > Advanced Preferences > Showcase there is a checkbox marked "Include images in channel previews" Uncheck that to strip images from the showcase previews. Perhaps this should be unchecked by default anyway, as it makes the previews render faster. > >To install: > >1.
