> Microsoft windows installer:

First off, let me say, "Way cool!" As happy as I was with the
command lines, the desktop kicks the crap out of them. (On
Windows. On Linux I'm going to stick with the command lines. ;)

Having said that, I've got a couple of complaints. (Or, if you
want to be more positive, I've a couple of potential bugs.)

1) The installation doesn't put the Start Menu items for its
Plucker installation in the folder I specified. I chose to
have everything go in "Net", so imagine my surprise when I
found a "Plucker" folder just off my Programs Menu.

2) The tooltip text is far too close in shade to the background
for me to be able to read easily, and I've got pretty good
eyes. (I can take a screensnap if anyone wants to see it.)

3) I had an old plucker installation, but it didn't seem to pick
up any of my old channels. Not a big thing for me, since I
only had the one channel, but might be annoying for other
people. Even an option to import a channel from another
version of plucker would have been great, but I didn't see it.

4) The details when I'm updating channels doesn't scroll to the
bottom. I can continually hold down the "End" key, but that's
a bit of a hack, eh? And the information I'm most interested
in is at the bottom. In the best of all worlds, I'ld like to
see it stay at the bottom, unless I was not at the bottom in
which case it should stay where I put it (in an absolute sense,
not in a relative-to-the-bottom sense, or a percentage sense).

I think that's it for now, aside from mentioning once again that
you've done a phenomenal thing with this release. I think it's
at the stage where my coworker (who's somewhat of a technophobe)
might actually use it.

Later,
Blake.
