It's one thing having to run plucker separately from Hotsync, that I don't
mind as I understand the benefits.

What I would like is to minimise all the steps after running a plucker sync
e.g.

1. Move files to card
2. Install files into correct location on card

Why can't a plucker hotsync become a simple process? Why can't I press a
button and forget?
I could run Instapp and change the destination but shouldn't the desktop be
able to do this for me?

You know what one of the main advantages with AvantGo is? Press and Forget.
Granted AvantGo doesn't install to card either, but why should it? It's a
crap application and will stay that way, hopefully plucker won't.

Cheers,
Heath
