Help needed with pler error message

I sent a template to pler, and got an error response, which included a copy of the template. However, the copy has additional characters which were not there when I sent it - to be precise, every line of the template has the characters "3D" added after the "=" sign, e.g.   home_stayondomain  = 3D Yes   Is this the causeof the error? I've checked over the template, and I'm pretty sure it's correct.   Thanks Tom K.
