The error you received indicated that you are also missing doc_file,
I'll split that into two separate tests for 0.1.12, which should show up
later today, but in the meantime, just make sure you fill out doc_name and
doc_file in the template, currently both are required.
In 0.1.12, I'll make it so that the doc_file and doc_name fall back
to Untitled if neither are supplied. Thanks for the idea.
