But what if it's not within your ability?

Personally if someone points out a problem to me but they cannot fix
it, atleast I'm happy that the problem itself was identified.

Even that little bit of help encouranges open sourced software evolve.

Although personally I cannot help with the plucker-desktop problem as
that isn't my area of expertise. Even if I were the one who found the
problem, I shouldn't be shunned just because I cannot fix it.
