No need. I'm using a "good" web browser (Opera), and tried a quick experiment for ya. Opera allows you to configure what it reports itself as, which is great because some sites (Microsoft sites, the Financial Times) check for browser types and only let you in if they like your browser... even though they don't require the power of those browsers. This is a reverse case; if the browser reports itself as Opera, the above page works fine, providing news. If it reports itself as MSIE V5 or Mozilla (Netscape, although technically there's some fudging there), it doesn't. They're filtering out the browsers they recognize, but they don't recognize Opera as a browser name. It also works fine using Lynx, an ancient text browser.
