I put together a command-line tool (in Java) to convert IXL to JXL format. They are both XML formats so it was easy to create an XSL stylesheet to transform them. (I received the same request for IXL conversion from two other people.) BTW, JXLs are only for JPluck. Unfortunately, the zip you attached is corrupt and I can't extract it to try it out. Anyway I tested the tool on a couple of other IXLs and they come out right. I'm putting together a the distribution right now. Will post the announcement with more details later this day.
