Seems like the problem I had a few days ago... did you add this section
to your ~/.pluckerrc file?

[POSIX]
palm1bit_graymap_file=/usr/share/netpbm-9.24/palmgray1.map
palm2bit_graymap_file=/usr/share/netpbm-9.24/palmgray2.map
palm4bit_graymap_file=/usr/share/netpbm-9.24/palmgray4.map
palm8bit_stdcolormap_file=/usr/share/netpbm-9.24/palmcolor8.map

(replace /usr/share/netpbm-9.24 with your own path, of course)
