Are you using the hires viewer? One from cvs?

Well, you won't be able to yank the rom, since there are no tools
that can currently do it, and there is no emulator that can load the rom to
begin with. POSE won't work, and the next-closest thing is the Palm
Simulator, but it won't load rom images, it's just a hard-bound emulator.

Are you using the ARM version of zlib?

Why didn't DOC work? It works for everyone else as a fallback.

Well, more detail would help. Knowing the version of the viewer,
your exact version of Python, and the exact syntax you're using to fetch the
content, including the content arguments itself (your plucker-build
commandline) would help considerably.
Also, make sure you have the viewer and ZLib that is built for your
hires device. You can find that, and links to the ARM ZLib library on
hires.plkr.org; Adam McDaniel's site.
