The version on my nr70 is noted as v20030222 (22-Feb-2003), it works fine. I am stil looking for two items: 1) When synching in the conduit, it finishes the spider and then waits. I have to manually tell it it is finished before it goes on to the next conduit. Is there someplace to tell the conduit to either skip after a timeout and/or to close after finishing?
Go to Options/Preferences/Spidering and set "Auto-close progress when done" to "Always"
2) HOW do I tell it a user/password for a portal site (e.g. Yahoo)?? I found and can synch Yahoo for WAP fine (which BTW is BETTER than the regualr Yahoo page on Plucker), but have not found anywhere to give it a user/pass. Are there plans for plucker to support cookies?
Sitescooper (www.sitescooper.org) has something for Yahoo, but I don't think it currently works. Yahoo has fairly recently changed to accepting the password in encrypted format and that has thrown off lots of stuff. If you find something, please post back to the list!
Sitescooper supports cookies, but I think only from Netscape as the Microsoft cookies are screwy.
