I just released JPluck 2.0 prerelease 13. [1]
Palm Desktop integration has been completely overhauled in this release. JPluck now uses the latest version of the Delphi Conduit library which links to the Palm Desktop library dynamically, rather than statically. This greatly eases deployment and installation. Furthermore, user and memory card settings are now retrieved using proper calls to the Palm Desktop libraries, rather than being parsed from the user.dat and sync.ini files. The result is that the conduit and the Palm Desktop integration should work on a wider variety of configurations.
No new functionality has been added since 2.0 pre12, so there no need to upgrade if the previous version if working fine for you. However, if you had trouble installing the conduit with earlier versions, then you should definitely give this release a try. Users have reported problems with conduit installation on some Sony Clie installations. Hopefully, these problems are now solved.
