CVS browsing and checkouts through SourceForge is disabled. This is what I mean. Any ETA when that will be corrected?
"Corrected"? That's not inherently a bug. SourceForge projects aren't required to use CVS, and on single-man teams like JPluck currently (and one of the projects I'm doing), CVS doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The projects are required to release the source, but there's no requirement that they do it via CVS.
