What the heck? Where is this Plucker rpm?
That was the decision from a while back, since that is the way things are on POSIX systems, everything in a separate package and you can install the things that you want. (Whereas on Windows, the par for the course is a checkbox list of items to install during an installer).
Perhaps better to add a note on the download page though, to mention this aspect?
