If by "send-to" you mean send a page or file to Plucker, yes,
Plucker Desktop has this functionality, but plucker-build.exe is no longer
distributed as part of Plucker. I'm not sure if Dirk is even supporting that
any longer, and we don't have the source to hand it off to someone else to
continue to support. Give Plucker Desktop (or JPluck) a try. They may suit
your needs.
