If it's been disco'ed is there a workaround? (This right-click "send-to" was very useful.)
If by "send-to" you mean send a page or file to Plucker, yes, Plucker Desktop has this functionality, but plucker-build.exe is no longer distributed as part of Plucker. I'm not sure if Dirk is even supporting that any longer, and we don't have the source to hand it off to someone else to continue to support. Give Plucker Desktop (or JPluck) a try. They may suit your needs.
There were bugs in the plucker-build.exe and Dirk unfortunately forgot to upload the source code. There is a .bat file in the Plucker directory that has similar functionality (and is also customizable).
Farther down the road plucker-build.exe will likely be written again and the GPL source placed in CVS.
