Two problems with bugs.plkr.org right now when trying to use
http://bugs.plkr.org/bug_report_page.php
1. On my browser (Opera 7.21), the "Upload File" field is incredibly
tall: about 35 screens-full....
2. I've completely filled in the form and I get the following:
