Since there is actually no "standard" or "template" that Project
Gutenberg uses for their works, this is very specific to each and every book
or work posted by Gutenberg. I had the same/similar issues with the perl
code I use to mangle the archives (a combination of Text::Autoformat and
Text::Wrap, along with some other things to create the TOC and move the
attribution into its own page, etc.)
I don't think a lone XSLT will work for every single case.
