Maybe we could entertain a 'patch' to call FindDocData( "Startup",
ALL_ELEMENTS, NULL ) on startup and if it's found, place the name in
Prefs()->name so the document is all ways shown on startup.
If there is no document named "Startup" Plucker works like normal. If
there is, it's always shown.
