I can take care of this... as long as Plucker gets credit, of course. I'll make sure they don't go trying to turn a profit on my hard work converting it over also.
I'm nearly done with the first phase... I had to go in and hand-edit quite a bit to correct some mistakes on the part of the original author (minor paragraph slipups, common typos), and fixed up the HTML so that it properly validates and is well-formed. All 585 pages are now in HTML format.
I've also reformatted it a bit to suit viewing on a Palm device. I'll go through each of the remaining bits and poke and prod some more. I should be done in another day or two.. stay tuned!
