My T3 and my wife's T2 have the same problem. Her's is MUCH
louder than mine. Even at arm's length, I find myself gritting my
teeth just to use her Palm because of it.
But a little application called "WarpSpeed" solved it for her
(it doesn't run on my T3, so I didn't bother looking for updates).
