Sir or Madame:
Your file cluttered the list unnecessarily. Please send the file
you intended on sending, Hotsynce.exe, directly to the individual.
It is not only bad netiquette (online etiquette) but gave away
information unnecessarily to spammers who use Google to spam mailing
list. Now they will know that they can send advertisements, etc. on
our group without fear of their account being closed.
