Thanks, Rick. Unfortunately I am not using a card to store files, so a
card reader doesn't help me.
Also, the idea of fiddling with the Registry (I'm using Win2k
Japanese) gives me the heebie jeebies.
As a Java application, does JPluck really do anything in the Registry?

The conduit portion does because it registers with the Palm Desktop so
that it shows up in the Hotsync Manager.
