Quite a few reasons to want to disable UEFI. I personally have a UEFI-enabled 
motherboard on my desktop that can fall back to BIOS. The UEFI implementation 
is so broken that falling back to BIOS is the only way that Linux will even 
run. Besides that, there are other valid considerations:
