Microsoft has made this claim several times.  Various OSS
illuminaries called them on it and demanded that they make explicit
what IP is being infringed upon.  Microsoft has not sufficiently
complied with this request, which shows that this is really just
another FUD tactic coming from the 'coolest' company around.
