I did, they called the torrent client a server (there is no winning with these guys!). I spent over an hour explaining to him and 2 supervisors what a server was and why a torrent client didn't qualify. then came the "sharing copyrighted content" argument. It took just 10 minutes to prove that this wasn't the case. I also mentioned that I am paying for the bandwidth and expect to be able to use it to its maximum. besides, their commercials promote downloading of music and videos (some of which may actually violate their own ToS).
the last supervisor finally told me that he couldn't help. so I asked him to pass me along to someone who could. he gave me a number to corporate in atlanta. at this point, I now have it on record that 1. I am not violating any ToS 2. I am paying for the bandwidth I am supposed to be getting per their advertisements 3. I need to talk to corporate 4. everything got voice recorded on my end.
