And write a mail to the effect: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I am sure you must be aware that the telecom major, BSNL has started their Broadband (ADSL) service. I am also sure you are fully aware of their pricings.
Kindly let me know if Iqara has changed their pricing plans. If not, please let me know the COMPLETE, IN DETAIL procedure for disconnection of service.

I am sure if more people bombard him with such mails, they will bring the price down. I have been in conversation with him for some days and he has prmised that from 1st Feb, they are coming up with a 1000mb, Rs.500/month plan.
