Hi friends,
It seems that "geocities" has some issues while downloading
( limited downloads per day etc ). So can some one please host the
e-book on some publicly available web server and make it available to
all. Please contact me offline if you can host the e-book. I am getting
lots of requests, but unfortunately I can't send the file to every
individual because of our mail server constraint (size of file > 1.8M ).
I am sorry about that.
