No, No, what I meant was, I'm too lazy to do that... I prefer to leave
my modem to do the dialling (not use a local/software PPPoE dialler)
and leave it on 24x7 ;)

I bet the vast majority of subscribers will go for the basic 256k
plan... the people who take up the plans with NU (that includes me)
are probably all aware of the "at/wget" kind of stuff and will anyways
grab the full download (40GB off the 512k plan for example).

BSNL should just give a general 25 to 40 GB monthly quota for 512k
(without NU), etc, and be done with all this melodramatic,
jump-thru-hoops circus act of night-unlimited :)
