Hi All, I know two offices in Kolhapur who use Business 5000 plan. They both are taking advantage of fixed IP optionally provided by BSNL. Both have Linux gateways. One has Linux mail server hosted for their domain. YES it does give 1 Mbps download speed (verified) and 20 GB traffic.
I would suggest to go for it with fixed IP & domain registration (both free).
