You can also consider VSNL(tata indicom) boradband as it comes independant of a telephone line....(not the one provided on tata indicom landlines that sucks) We are using it in our office and its technical problem response team is better than BSNL, also they give a backup dialup account which is activated in case of downtime free of charge. The speed and reliability are on par with dataone And yes they provide a router... so all you do is make it a defualt gateway or have your default gateway use it as a gateway and it should work . (its teh same setup as in dataone).
