www.gnu.org.in or www.fsf.org.in. I tried it again from home and it
works. :-)
well unless your university has blocked this website in particular you
many not access it, did you try to resolve the website? in the case
you are connecting through proxy see to it that proxy is set only to
the browser, so you cant resolve domain
