Hi, You can use any email client available for different operating systems. Just configure your email client to use the IMAP service of your email provider. Using IMAP, mails will be synced with your online email account and you can access them from any email client from any OS.
For an email client you can use Thunderbird. It is available for Windows, Linux, OS X. Regards Nilesh Naykodi
