Many. I prefer mupdf. Sometimes use evince, xpdf, acroread etc to name a few. All support passwords. An aside, I usually add regex of the filename to a script that automatically provides the password and I don't have to enter it manually once the pattern is set. You see, most creators - banks, IT Dept etc have a peculiar pattern based on your account no etc. I can invoke such script from command line or from email client (mutt in my case) to open email attachments easily. Of course this involves security risks: 1. plain text passwords in a script, but this can be avoided by using gnupg etc. 2. Someone running command like ps may see your passwords. etc. So use this only as per your security assessment of the contents and the environment.
