I have that line in my /etc/inetd.conf, but telnet doesn't work.
I reinstalled Mandrake 7.0 with medium level security instead of high. Now
I can telnet to it. I still don't know what configuration files
are different between the two security levels. The pam.d configuration
files are the same.
