Hi guys,

Im having this experiment if its feasible to move our
Windows-DOS-NetWare setup into Linux-Wine-DOSEMU-NetWare, with the
following configuration.

(a) Linux - Redhat 6.1 with ncpfs-2.2.0.12-5i386.rpm, (b) dosemu - with
redhat 6.1, (c) wine - 20000227-1i386.rpm, (d) NetWare - 4.11 properly
configured.

My linux box is already connected with NetWare via IPX, Volume is
mounted using "ncpmount", DOSEMU and WINE is running. But the problem
is when I'm using this setup to Lock a Record/File in FoxPro DOS/WINDOW,
you could lock a file even if a lot of user is using it, Lock a record
but another user can Lock it also. Is there any possibility to make
this setup work like in Window-DOS-Netware Setup. Were trying to
convert our existing PC from Window to Linux workstation.

This is my first time to write on this list, since my 6 months of minor
exposure to linux. Sorry if this topic has already been discussed, if
ever can someone just point me on the archive on how to go with this.

THANKS,
