Destiny used to employ private IPs, but not anymore now.  Destiny and ZpDee
residential subscribers i know get a DHCP assigned IP address, which is more or
less static but no guarantees are given that it will always be the same IP.

Corporate Destiny subscriptions get a fixed IP subnet.
