FIPS is nice. But if your existing data on Win95/98 is fragmented, then you
will have to defragment it. Ang tagal, grabe. Anyways, I've tried it on a
machine with a clean win98 installation, and fips found out that my last
sectors/tracks were free. But you will have to manually input the start of
block, AFAIR.
