well, why use an asp-specific code where you can do meta tag:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="5;
URL=http://maybeanotherdomain.com/thispage.html">

or just include it in your .asp file and place it inside the <head> tag, it would
redirect anyway.
