[plug] delivery recipts

Hi Guys,

Who handles a return-receipt request?  Is it sendmail?
I know there two receipts you can request, one is upon delivery
and the other is upon reading?  The reading is on the pop3 client
side.  What about the delivery?  How do I turn it off?
