[plug] IDE CD-Recording help in linux

hi pluggers,

did anyone already tried cd-recording in linux with an IDE CD-RW?  any
tips, howtos.  I have a Memorex CRW-1622 and want to do CD-writing on
linux.  I know most of you guys have SCSI CD-RW instead of IDEs. I hope
you guys can share your knowledge on this.
