If you plan to use it for cusmtomized ERR_FILES, which you must store under
/usr/lib/squid/errors/English , you can use Squid's built in variables

You can use 
        %i for the remote ip address
        %U for the URL
and so on

I pass these variables in my meta http-equiv refresh to php3. Then on your
php,
you can insert the values into a database in mysql. You can let squid mail
you if someone tries to browse a banned site that has been assigned in acl,
http_access deny and deny_info.
