The problem is not with the proxy but with the Apache server, I compiled
it with DSO. Without the DSO, everything works fine. My test environment
are 2 separate machines with Apache 1.3.9. I might not pursue on knowing
why this happens, since from Squid's FAQ, the remote IP can be faked.
I'm more interested in demonstrating how can this be. Anyone can show
how IP spoofing for http reqeusts can be done?
